About Phase 2

Phase 2 was founded in 2005 at the University of Advancing Technology as a developer and publisher of interactive media and is dedicated to creating original, comedic, and intriguing animations, games and additional web content. Phase 2 Studio is currently an online based studio with team members in Illinois, Iowa, Arizona, and California.

The Developers

Dave
Producer
Dave motivates and schedules painful work for everyone at Phase 2. He also helps out when writing and designing projects. He also contributes to the web comics created on phase 2 and co-hosts the PTR – News Talk Radio.

Erik
Marketing Director
Chances are you’ve been talked into promoting our site by Erik! Without Erik’s contributions we’d be lost in the world of online advertising!

 

Chris
Designer
When not illustrating or conceptualizing for Phase 2, Chris is obsessing over typographic line lengths and “visual harmony,” among other pseudo-Design terms he throws out from his college days. He can bounce ideas around with the best of them but sometimes needs prodding to get to the next step.
Steve
Designer
Steve is the guy behind all of the web comics. With the creation of Turds in Space Steve has finally realized his dream of drawing Pooastronauts. Steve also contributes to the design of other Phase 2 projects.

 

Austin
Designer
Austin heads up the volunteer section by being the guy who steps in where ever there is a hole to fill. Whether it be video, 2D, 3D, brain storming he does it all. His design style is rapid iteration and reflection.

 

Matt
Radio Show Co-Host
Matt is the powerful voice behind the greatest radio show ever created in a family room. He spends his free time watching the home shopping network and finding different ways to drink from a wine bottle.

 

Adam
Radio Show Co-Host
Adam brings a unique voice to the radio show and contributes to the writing of the show itself. Adam enjoys hanging out with Mel Gibson and giving him doggy treats.

The BFG
Word Smith
The BFG has been reviewing and smashing games since his cosmic birth which you may know as the Big Bang. His love for video games always makes for interesting articles when developers let him down. The BFG enjoys throwing sheep into space.
Parker
Editor & Word Smith
Parker contributes to Phase2 on a weekly basis as a writer and editor. He enjoys whiskey, Fiona Apple, the smell of old leather, and Triscuits. We assure you he is not as tall as you would think.

 

 

Brannon
Word Smith
Brannon is an aspiring author, animator and zombie hunter. When not crushing undead skulls, he contributes weekly articles for Phase 2.

Silver is a student at a very prestigious college. He enjoys food and anything that involves killing lots of zombies. But for the most part he just really hates zombies.
